At the end of each day of LSD training, we had to fill out evaluation forms. The questions were mostly the instructor asking if we could hear him and see the slides. One of the questions asked how much of the material we thought we understood. I think I put 80% on the first day, but I put 90% on all of the other days. I hadn't completely bought into everything he'd said, so I was open to the possibility that this was misunderstanding on my part. Friday afternoon we had an exam. The exam was written by Xerox so they could be sure they were getting good value for the training. The question had fifty points. Most questions were multiple choice, a few were write-ins requiring one or two words. There was one diagramming section. Excepting the diagram, they'd removed the instructor's discretion in grading. I nailed most of the test, but missed five true/false questions. My score for the test? 90%.
