I am based in Canada and ship via Canada Post Airmail and Small/Light Packet depending on the number of books ordered.
To the US and Canada: $5 up to 75 pages, $10 up to 150 pages, $15 up to 225 pages, and so on. Wait for an estimate for very large orders.
Internationally: Wait for an estimate (on average $7 up to 50 pages to Europe, $15 up to 100 pages)
I accept PayPal (instant transfer, eChecks, and credit cards), as well as money orders and cash (though I am not responsible for cash lost in the post). I will give you my address/Paypal address when your order is confirmed.
