What about Ambulon? For some reason he strikes me as the kind of devoted Doctor that would have trouble saying no to a patient. And given Whirl's manipulative tendencies, I kinda see him being talked into it.

"Doctor! Doctor! I have a strange, throbbing pain in my crotch! I think it's some kind of dangerous inflammation! Here, take a look!" :D
