REQ: G1 Ratchet and/or Hoist/anybody, sticky, overly nice medic

G1CartoonCanon Ratchet does not seem to be as much of a grump as fanon makes him out to be. I like some Bones McCoy-flavor Ratchet, but I'd like to see something a little different, too.
EITHER
A( Hoist is the go-to doctor aboard the Ark, not Ratchet, and he gets and gives a loooot of love. Hoist being a very attentive lover and a fan of the medical fetish. (Reasoning being that Ratchet is more the surgeon than the doctor. Hoist puts your Band-Aids on and stuff.)
or
B( Ratchet, if treated with respect, is a perfectly friendly and polite CMO, and he's willing to do anything you like to make sure you leave healthy and happy... Basically the above prompt, but with Ratchet instead of Hoist.
OR MAYBE EVEN
A combination of the two, with Ratchet and Hoist teaming up against one patient.
Bonus points if you can work in grumpy!Ratchet by way of a patient being an utter dick, but just a little bit. The prompt's about niceness, after all.

I love you OP! Don't get me wrong, I adore angry, snarky Ratchet, but sometimes when you rewatch the old shows you just... head tilt. Was he always this nice or...
Seriously. This needs to be done. I need some Canon, Mostly-nice Ratchet.
