It's a shame this hasn't been taken yet. It sounds juicy
To be honest, something a little like this sprung up on Tumblr recently, but it's a bit short.
Hopefully it can inspire any possible fillers :D

Got a fill for you, OP. It's a little odd, but I did my best to get all your kinks in. Just a heads up, my inner entomologist may have gone a little overboard and it came out perhaps a bit more buggy than mammalian on the er, knotting aspect. Thanks very much for the inspiring prompt though. Hope you enjoy it!
