xD It's not on demand. Everything is voluntary - if you saw a trade post you wanted to snag, you'd just make a claim on it. No one can say "HEY YOU DO FIC FOR ME". So even if you officially joined now, you wouldn't have to do anything unless you purposefully jumped on a trade post. -3-
