I didn't find the ending to be vague; I had a feeling Optimus was visiting from beyond the grave based on the opening dialogue, and seeing all the 'Bots from the movie mingling with the others at the party all but clinched it. I do wonder what Optimus said at the end there...in Tenctonese?
I also loved the energon cubes - they look amazing! Great job, as always.

Oh good. I always seem to worry about things I do being too vague or downright strange for people to completely figure out. I need to have more faith in you guys haha
He says something in tenctonese because that happens to be a font I have that (at the time) just looked like a load of weird lines. I just looked it up and it was actually used somewhere, haha. I wanted what he said then to be something you just can't read so you have to try and make something up yourself. Having it as normal text, just really small wasn't entirely practical.
I think the "mystery font" works - Optimus is imparting some sage bit of wisdom to the new Prime, and the reader is left to decide what. I only happened to recognize the font because I'm both a huge geek and a former typesetter (I can even distinguish between Arial and Helvetica.)
(and I adore the angle that you've got Smokescreen at. Also, it read to me as what the blanked out spoiler text says it to be straight off, but it was nice to have confirmation as I sometimes don't get stuff)
