Construction Begins

(OOC: Semi-closed thread. Swoop won't mind a bit of help with the construction of his new home, but PM for permission to participate first. He won't be comfortable with total strangers helping him

*He smiles at the excitement palpable in the mech's voice, making his reply as he starts for the tree.* //That's great, Swoop. I'll meet you there.//

*Grateful that he'd been collecting building materials (mostly leftovers from the dojo, some of the branches had been big enough to turn into planks and beams, but were unsuited for their purposes), Jazz drove up to the tree, transforming and pulling the protective tarp off his little stockpile.*

*Swoop flies to the tree from the medbay, more excited about building his treehouse than he can ever remember being about anything. He transforms and lands close to Jazz, grinning.

Carefully he pulls the datapad from his subspace and holds it out to the other mech. The treehouse drawing is pulled up already.*

Me Swoop draw treehouse. What you Jazz think?

*He matches the Pterodactyl's grin and takes the datapad, looking at the picture carefully, glancing back up at the branches to calculate dimensions.*

The rooms are fine, the deck might have to be modified to fit around half the tree though. *The white mech smiles up at Swoop.*

Don't want to keep all the rain from getting to the roots.

*Swoop's grin grows as he hears that Jazz likes his ideas.*

Me Swoop not think about that tree need water. *He ducks his head a little in embarassment.* Me Swoop not mind if deck smaller. Me also want roof on part, to keep out of sun, but me not know how to draw that.

You Jazz teach me Swoop how to build? Me not really know.

M'happy to help, mech. *He chuckles, stacking panels together before straightening and looking at the base of Swoop's tree house.* Now, to get all this up there...

That easy! Me Swoop fly up with walls! If us tie all together, me can get at one time. *Swoop grins--again!--at how his strength and abilities will help.*

Great idea, mech. *Swoop's joy is endearing to watch, and the ninja quickly secures the panels, tying them together for the flier, making sure the Pterodactyl can grip the stack properly.* Race you up there?

Me Swoop win! *Swoop's smile turns mischievous as he grabs the stack and launches himself off the ground.*
