Exactly what I was thinking. It's a feature of my personal history that one of the biggest losses that was caused by the Quintessons was the destruction of a lot of cultural records of Cybertron. What survives of their culture is mostly hearsay and word-of-mouth stories, rendering a lot of stuff that was known as fact before the Quints into mythology with about as much credibility as the Authurian legends for us.

Would Magnus be a closet follower? Perhaps of an entirely different religion?

It was my Primus!Mags muse who spoke up there, but Magnus being just a normal religious 'Bot? That is more interesting. I personally go with him being Primusian and trying to correct Sunstorm's misunderstandings of the doctrines of the Church of Primus.

Well regardless I'm sure there will be a lot of contradictions and arguments.
