3. I'd think that in the Autobots, there'd be some people who would just stop trusting him and get nasty, but there'd be some who would try to not discriminate.

3. Yeah, hopefully some at least would see that it really wasn't it fault, being what he is. But likely, at first, (I think) he'd be confined to quarters/lab until he proves they can trust him (even though he never did anything to prove they couldn't). Sadly, I can see Optimus doing something like that, if only 'for Perceptor's own good'. He might see it as protecting Perceptor. Perceptor would just see it as punishment though.

30. If I overheard that, I'd be very "WTF is wrong with those guys?" and then slowly edge away. Some Autobots may take more 'proactive' measures, though.

And then he'd be depressed, betrayed, and considering joining the Decepticons, Ratchet and Wheeljack would be desperate to convince him that they're telling the truth and would be furious at Megatron for using them, and Megatron would be smug at the knowledge that it was likely that Perceptor would join up with the Decepticons. I have trouble believing that Ratchet and Wheeljack would give up so easily, though. (We're talking about a medic with the TWINS under his care and an engineer who keeps working on things despite nearly daily explosions. They've got too have some serious stubbornness/determination in there.)

55. They'd have to change a lot to be able to take care of Red properly. They'd have to stop a bunch of their pranks in case they glitch his circuits, and they wouldn't be able to risk his fragile trust for them at all.

I am imagining several interesting details to this - the G1 Witwickys horrified at the TFA Witwickys, G1 Daniel getting into trouble with Sari, both Ultra Magnuses sitting down to have a long chat about life, the universe and everything, both Prowls discussing how annoying their colleagues are (just so some of the TFTM-dead characters can meet their TFA equivilents, I imagine it happens before TFTM... maybe some time after Ultra Magnus' crew come to Earth, but at a point where Daniel is of an equivalent age to Sari).
