I do remember one FFN fic that does include the Amish. It's been a while since I read the story, but it deals more with how some the bots reach upon learning that some humans live low tech, and prefer living without electricity or other modern stuff.
Sadly the interaction between bots and Amish is short, and is more of a side plot to the story (don't remember finishing it, but the first couple of chapters -at least - do include humans alongside bots), than the actual focus.
