This is inspired by (read: almost directly ripped from) a fanfic from another fandom, but it fit my view of the Decepticons as a whole so well that I couldn't just leave it. Million brownie points to anyone who can accurately name the source.

By "make sense" in what way do you mean. Like just in a literal grammatical sense after its been explained or actually learning the behavior on their own and/or doing it?

Making sense as in learning the behavior and the hows and whys behind it, and acting according to it.

(That buffalo thing REALLY confused me, by the way.)

Hehe! the word "buffalo" can refer to the animal, the city in New York or be a verb that means "to bully". The sentence means: THE buffalo FROM Buffalo WHO ARE buffaloed BY buffalo FROM Buffalo, buffalo (verb) OTHER buffalo FROM Buffalo.
