Hm, do you think they'd cause a war if the Autobots and Decepticons didn't surrender some of their own to satisfy their purchase?

I wouldn't be surprised at all if they did. I get the feeling that the Quintessons didn't sell their products cheaply then, and this race had paid a very large sum for their purchase. They'd definitely want to get their money's worth, one way or the other.
