Aaaaaand, this chapter jumps right back into the Impending Doom Ahead Zone. I love it.

What I love even more was the Autobots collectively freaking out over London Bridge. Part of what I like about this story so much is that I get to formulate all these little theories about what I think is going on, or what I think is going to happen next and then compare it to the next chapters and see how close I get. Needless to say, I'm kind of having a field day with London Bridge here. "Ohh, I think that Optimus is thinking/associating X lyric with Y event," sort of stuff. I've got at least one theory brewing so I am already all psyched up waiting for the next chapter.

Heh and the plot thickens again, now I'll have to seek out Meg's wonky email again and see where the London Bridge part of it is, you're doing a good job keep us guessing on this :D Ratchet and Prime's reaction was great, collective WTF?...omg! of realization that no one but them gets. Heh, poor Sam, he's just being intimidated all over the place. That level of heat and humidity though will make anyone cranky and bratty, that's how it was when I lived in Japan, so I can relate to Sam's suffering here :) I like it when Bee gets to show his stuff as a solider and sometimes unit commander, nicely done. Looking forward to them finding that signal!

p.s. Actually, is there anyway you can post links to previous chapters along with your updates? Since this story's only on LJ it gets tricky trying to reread stuff, especially since you have all these clues lying about :)

I'm glad that the story is keeping you guessing...sometimes I worry it's too transparent ^_^;; I feel sorry for Sam too, even though he's being a bit of an ass in this chapter. He and Bumblebee have some issues to work out. And, yes, I can sympathize with the heat = crankiness as well. Living in South Carolina, once it hits August and my air conditioner in my car is broken....bleh. I become unhappy, to say the least. :D

As for previous chapter links...well, I have them at the top of this entry...are they not working? They're working for me, but technology seems to be uncooperative with me on a regular basis. Well, this is wonderful. I love how you are weaving London Bridge through the story. Me, I'm so clueless that I don't have a theory about it, but I think it's going to be interesting.
Sam's very bratty in this chapter, isn't he? Oh, it's believable, given the heat and humidity and meds, but I do want to smack him. His 'I can do it myself' attitude is also very believable and appropriate for a young man, so great characterization!
Again, nice work. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.
