The Council needs to have something large, dead and rotting removed from up their afts. Megatron took it better than I expected, though.

Everybody else's reaction was quite amusing, though, and if Megatron was still in earshot, well, I guess that's some small condolence to him. OTOH, the pleasure is likely bigger condolence.

I imagine, if Megatron had still been in the room, he'd have ripped Steamstress's spark out of his tailpipe XD He might be taking this new development better than expected, but I don't think he's taking it all that WELL, either.

Ironhide's frustrated. He might get some slight amusement out of that, but you're right, it'd get buried in a huge load of fury.

I'll bet he wouldn't've stopped with Steamstress, either. I halfway suspect everyone applauding would be in serious risk of significant bodily harm.

Ooooh, catering to my OTP! ...I get the distinctive feeling I said that on the last chapter, but I'm still decaffeinated.

I love Megatron's 'revenge'. "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer" ftw. Though he did take it a lot better than I anticipated, I have a feeling we've only seen the tip of the iceberg. Especially since others know, *everyone* will know now. And my guess is Megatron isn't going to take that well.

'Enemies closer', indeed; since he's the Lord High Protector, the head of the Prime's guard would report directly to him XD And he's probably going to kick himself down the road for not sitting back and thinking of a subtler way of going about this, and for being an emotional youngling.

Was definitely going for a 'too young to have learned how to be sneaky'!Megatron, 'cause there had to be a time when he wasn't a complete wiener :B

Tho I do wonder who will rat to the Council? I was a bit surprised by Megatron's rather...public...acknowledgement of what Hide & Prime did - but then again, *he* won't be the one siccing the Council on them - just the witnesses.

The way I thought about this, both Megatron and Optimus are still rather... young? Inexperienced? Prone to emotion first and rational thought later? Whichever way, Megatron's probably going to hate himself later for letting everyone know XD

Ooh, I haven't even thought about involving the Council in this. Oh man oh man oh man, I'm gonna have to think on this one.

Well, he unfortunately (for us) waited until Megatron was out of earshot before going all "holy shit!" on Ironhide . . . so he has a tiny smidgen of them . . . but I doubt we'll be seeing him in the next movie or anything.
