I love all the things about this!!! Besides the major fix of bringing back Ironhide and Ratchet, it fixes so many other annoying bits! like Drift being every Japanese stereotype and turns it into one alien robot's fascination with shiny cultural things - aw, Drift. He tried, lol. I love how you've really kept the flavor and rough edges in the interactions between Crosshairs and Drift, and everyone - it's generally not my favorite type of interactions - insults that have some actual sting and resentment behind them - but that's what they were in the movie and it's so fun to see it captured in the little moments here that I'm kind of delighted! "Dishonor on your cow..." pfft.

And Optimus having Ironhide's spark as an explanation for the personality change, and Optimus being aware of how close he's walking to the edge, that he's got to step away from Earth and the humans..."he had to be careful"...oh indeed

I love everything about this - Ironhide's spark as an explanation for the change in Optmus' personality, the reunion between Ratchet & Ironhide, the snarking between Crosshairs & Drift, Siseswipe, rescuing the sparks, and interfacing/cuddle piles of sexy mechs.

*sigh* You're the best. Thank you for this lovely, wonderful, funny fix-it that soothes so many of the hurts from DotM and AoE.

Hooray hooray!! ::dances around:: Ironhide is fierce, and that fierceness kept Optimus alive. But it is different from his native determination. Or, yanno, stubbornness, per Ratchet... ;D Heehee! :D
