Serenity's trine claiming the skies... Okay, something I didn't get until rereading: You broke, like, EVERY rule for POV in that tiny segment and it worked. You went from TC to Ranger to Annabelle (thinking about Dani and Nick) and back to TC, shifted around in time and circled back, and instead of feeling choppy and getting readers lost, it was like one of those nifty tracking shots that moves across a couple of characters, pans in and pulls back, only to wind up back at the initial point of focus

I've been thinking of writing snuggles in terms of trying to work out choreography for a dance - which becomes a lot harder when you can't even find the right music... And then finally you either do find the music, or you bull ahead with it anyway and hope the composition isn't completely awful. But trying to make sure they're all different - and do honor to the materials used... Yeah. u_u; Sometimes just letting go and letting the characters talk works. Sometimes not so much. Sigh. Prime's adventures in sussing out human death will continue. Heeee! Yeah, making out with Prime is like jumping off the continental shelf. Without a life jacket. He'll catch you if you sink for sure, but there's a lot of down down there. And big things moving
