Actually, I did miss it at first, read your comment, re-read it...and didn't miss it that time.

Sweet! I love your interpretation, Ironhide's gentler side, I'm sure he's got one. Don't worry about him being OOC-I think it;s believeable.

Actually I can see Ironhide being sweet and gentle at times...in fact I made him VERY overprotective and fatherly in one of my fics, and it wasn't over Annabelle (though I did one where he does get concerned about Annabelle)
