What would it take for Springer to change his allegiance from Optimus Prime to Megatron?
Why would the Wreckers assist their mortal enemies?
Who’d be alive long enough to report their ‘betrayal’?
What if the Triple Changers are using the Wreckers (and their love for destroying things) to keep the eternal civil war going, even as the scant fighters scatter to the winds?
Why would some Wreckers (ie Bulkhead from Prime) leave - do they see the writing on the wall, or are they simply interested in exploring new opportunities without tagalongs following?

(that’s why everything he touches (almost, anyway) blows up or breaks down, refusing to work the way it’s supposed to.

“What if” NEST wasn’t simply disbanded between Dark Of the Moon and Age of Extinction?
What if Shockwave’s twin (lab assistant/scientific rival/mentor/protégé) Jhiaxus experimented on humans - and his first guinea pigs were the military and/or civilian humans from NEST?
Would anyone - besides Simmons - even notice if Skywarp is kidnapping humans? Who - besides their grieving families - would care about the missing? What would happen if the soldiers (and support staff) survive the tests designed to turn other species into Cybertornian drones/shock troops/cannon fodder? How would Robert Epps and the others respond upon finding themselves partially mechanical?
What would happen if Jhiaxus discovers that, instead of making ideal replacement Decepticon fighters, the expermintals are rejecting assimilation, and are infact making it even harder for Decepticons to conquer earth?
“What if” the Live Action Films made plot sense from one movie to another?
ANY VERSE (Generation 1/IDW/other)
“What If” Prowl’s hatred of Starscream (and Starscream’s loathing of Prowl) was due to the fact they once fought for the honor of being Megatron’s right-hand mech?
What if the destruction of Vos and the annihilation of Praxus was each other’s gift to Megatron? Or, conversely, Megatron wanted plans to destroy any neutral city, especially those leaning towards Autobot support, and ordered all his top-ranked officers to come up with a solution to eliminate future problems or enemies before they became a nuisance?
Starscream chose Crystal City/Praxis. Prowl’s input was more vague, critiquing and modifying other’s siege-and-bombardment for specific rebel communities.
What if, instead of being behind to protect Praxis, Prowl was leading an assault on Vos? (The fact he simply killed the fighters, leaving civilians and younglings to survive only rubbed salt in the wounds, cause Starscream let no one live). The attacks on both cities happened simultaneously - or near enough that no Autobot defenders could protect both/either.
What if, after seeing the successful testing of the vicious plans and murderous troops, Megatron had the audacity to choose Soundwave (or Shockwave, or someone else) as his Second-in-Command?
Would Prowl and Starscream want revenge?
Oh yes.
Prowl defected.
Starscream continually plots mutiny.
(Yes, Prowl was a Decepticon before he switched sides)
TF-PRIME/TF-RESCUE BOTS
“What if” Charles Burns was once married to June Darby? (Pre-Cody Burns)
What if, while on the Mainland, an accident happened, and the couple was separated? What if, one (June) was buried in the rockslide/mudslide/avalanche, torn away by tornado winds/tsunami waves, or otherwise injured and lost memory (temporary amnesia), and the other (Charlie) was told his wife was dead? (if body found, mistaken identity due to so many missing, so few accurate records)
What if, sixteen years later, they find themselves reunited?
What would happen if/when Kade, Graham and Dani learn they have another brother - Jack - who’s older than Cody?
Could it happen?
[Honestly, I just want an excuse for Miko N. to show up on Griffin Rock and cause havoc because that’s what she does]
TF-Rescue Bots/G1
(Having watched TF: PRIME ‘Land Before Prime: S3E1’, ‘Big Game: S3E2’ and ‘Quarry’s Quarry: S3E10, I have decided that the Dinobots in G1 are really The Protectobots and Optimus Prime! (and of course, Grimlock remembers being The Leader and can’t figure out that Prime is Optimus Prime!)
Evidence? Primal Mode/bio-organic form suffers mental capacity downgrades due to insufficient Energon reaching the processors and …. Duh …. Dinosaur forms!
Plus new alt modes are just fun to play with!
Okay, there was time travel and maybe medical stasis, and lots of damage inflicted too - that’s what happens when one of Doctor Morroco’s stolen/experimental technology backfires during a fight/battle. Prime, Heatwave, Blades, Chase, Boulder were thrown back in time, unable to change out of their altmode.
What would happen if/When Grimlock, Slag, Swoop, Snarl, and Sludge remember their old weapons and use then in addition to their fire-breath capabilities?
