Bad Girls

I am totally in love with Helen Stewart and, by association, a little with Simone Lahbib as well.

"Helen's actually a lot taller than me. I know you think it might be a feat of technical magic, but actually it's just great acting on my part."

Surfed in randomly on the wave of a hangover to read your Ash/Scribbs series again but ended up watching the Bad Girls clips and laughing my head off. It's been ages since I watched anything BG related and I forgot how hilarious Simone was. (I have a special affection for her because we come from the same town)

I also forgot that Caroline Catz's hubbie/boyfriend/partner/whatever played Dr Thomas in S3! There's an MiS link in everything if you look hard enough.

Anyway, thanks for the laugh!!!

OMG, I love your icon! I can just hear that delighted (and delighful) squeal of hers.

I've just gotten into Bad Girls myself. Didn't know that the hated Thomas Waugh had an MiS connection. Interesting. Actually I shouldn't say "hated," because he bowed out when he found out about Helen and Nikki, didn't he? Points for that. Anyway, Simone's comments in the DVD extras (I assume that's what those clips are) cracked me up so badly I had to share. Glad you liked them too.

That icon comes in very handy. As does this one. Queen Elizabeth I will forever be Miranda Richardson for me.

I watched Bad Girls way back when it started. I sort of drifted away during S3 but I do remember the uproar about Dr Thomas. And I don't think 'hated' is too strong a word for what people felt about him. He did bow out when he discovered that Helen was still totally in love with Nikki so he really wasn't that bad. But at the time...yikes! I'm surprised the poor man didn't get lynched in the street.

I loved Simone's apology for Helen's S1 hair (which was OMGsobad!) and also her talking about her 'patented Helen Stewart almost-swear'. Hee!

"I don't flub my lines, I improve them."

I have quite the potty mouth myself but lately I have found myself resorting to "what the f..." quite a bit. So Helen's been a good influence.

Love that icon too.
