So Chris Rock's adorable little daughter asked him why she didn't have "good hair" and he went off to make a documentary about the struggles black women (and men in some cases) have with their hair. I wish that documentary was around when I was a kid. Am in love with my hair now, and quite happy to have Chris cut it for me, and other people's thoughts about it be damned...

Also, that movie ought to be billed as a tragicomedy. I'm just sayin' Here's to remembering the hot comb burns on all of my aunts...
