Au Bon Pain
I came home tonight to find a bread wrapper on the floor.
I'd bought a mini baguette at Whole Foods yesterday, but I never got around to eating it. It was left on my dining room table during the day, and when I found the wrapper, I assumed that some enterprising soul, in between The Front Row and All Things Considered, absconded with and devoured the loaf of bread.
I was surprised, then, to find it intact on a couch.
I knew who the culprit was. Crianza is the only one who's excavated items from the dining room table, and it was found on her little section of the couch.
I asked her about it. She took the loaf from my hands and trotted off to her chair (pictured below), and claimed the bread as hers.
Since then, she's been wandering around with it in her mouth, looking absolutely adorable.
Right now, she's asleep at my feet, the bread under her. And she'll occasionally growl at Relampago if he gets too close.
Apologies for the poor photo quality. I really need to get a new camera and stop relying on my phone.
