Any weekend that includes running five miles, even for fun, does not equal a weekend of sloth. No no, I say.

I don't know. If a weekend of sloth includes a 5K, shopping, and a meeting, we may need to redefine the word. Okay, I (a true sloth) might need to adjust my standards. :)
