I have sago on my shelf which I bought a couple months ago (after falling in love with the banana-coconut sago from the Vietnamese restaurant around the corner) and have not yet been game to try making it, having been scared off by a friend's many tragic tales of gloop.
This, however, does sound rather do-able...
...and rather delicious...
...if forsee much deliciousness in the very near future :D
