Past the Magic Number

I've often heard the argument that it is unrealistic to depict so many non human species as having a humanoid form, even if just vaguely. Elementary
Saw the new Sherlock Holmes movie a couple days ago. It was much better than it deserved to be, being a Robert Downy Jr. portayed Holmes with Kung-Fu grip sort of film.
