[ Yukari's a bit startled to hear the voice; shaking her SFC a bit to get rid of the static. She recognizes it though; she knows she does, even if it has been a little while.

[So normally, he'd go for video, but Minato's a little worse for wear by this point. So voice it is, tone quiet but otherwise flat and unreadable.]

[ Kanji is happy to hear from one of his senpai, and while Minato is very good at hiding that fatigue, Kanji does quirk an eyebrow and is careful with his words. Was something wrong...? ]

Minato-senpai! 'Sup, what've you been up to? Yeah, I'm glad to be awake. What's the longest time a person's slept in this place anyway?

[He'll just carry on as per usual, though. Much as he'd like to pretend everything is fine, there are some things lately that have been very very wrong.

Regardless, his response comes easily enough.]

Honestly, I'm not sure. I don't think anyone has slept longer than two months though.

[What has he been up to...? Watching his friends be decapitated in front of him.]

I haven't been up to anything out of the ordinary, though. The Church's destruction was a pretty big distraction for a lot of people.

It'd be damn scary if you slept longer than that and wake up and be all fine...[ Plus, he remembers a certain Nanako Dojima who, perhaps in some way, suffered through the same dangerous sleep in the past. No wonder Kanji got chills when he found out you could sleep that long - it reminded him too much of that painful December month when no one was sure if she would ever wake up again. ]

Yeah, but apparently the locals still don't give a shit. What the hell is up with them, how can they not think they're not suspicious!?
