That wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. And it's actually kind of nice having that extra hour to sleep in.

It's not that bad. And it's not like it won't grow back.
Besides, if you were happy with yourself before why change yourself to suit other people? Seems a bit detrimental to me...
