This sounds really good. Does Talipia taste fishy? My DH is anti any fish that taste like fish.

The tilapia we bought most recently only tasted like fish in a few places--I think there was a line of fat or something down the middle of the fillet? But it really depends on the freshness of the fish more than anything.
