We all know that there are a sea of fake Akanishi Jin accounts that plague Twitter, but it seems like an account started a couple hours ago has a good chance of being legitimate.
well, i was shocked at first when i heard the news. i was like "really? johnny allowed him to make an account on a social networking site?! o.O" i said to my sister that maybe tomorrow, the account will be deleted. lol.
and because of this, i decided to activate my twitter account. i had it for months but i never used it but unfortunately, i did used it now. :3 i have mixed emotions about this too, but hey let's look on the bright side, come to think of it, it's a way to reach out to his fans ne?
i hope twitter doesn't ruin his current reputation, we do know that social networking sites tend to do that.
What reason is there to believe this isn't fake? I've seen nothing even approaching proof yet - and I have to say that I hope this isn't Jin, because whoever it is sounds like a particularly inarticulate 13-year-old.
Even if the BoA and Shirota Yu accounts are 100% confirmed (I have no idea about that), that still doesn't mean anything. Remember the guy who fooled all of Silicon Valley's highest managers with a fake email address? Celebrities are just as likely to fall for a fake account as other people. Even if they do know the real person.
