Summary: Kame and his mixed signals is making Jin confused… and a little frustrated.
‘This… is boring me to death.’ Jin thought, glancing at Kame. ‘And he’s not even talking to me…’ he pouts a little.
Kitagawa-keibu sent them out to do surveillance on a high-ranking politician suspected to have connections with the Yakuza and a suspect to the land-grabbing scams happening lately. They were currently inside Chinese restaurant, keeping a close eye on the said politician.
‘Mou~ why do you have to take our job seriously?’ Jin’s lower lip almost reached the tip of his nose.
“Jin!” Kame whispered urgently. “Jin!” he called out again to get the attention of the daydreaming man. “Jin, kiss me. Now!”
“Uh… I think I have hearing problems.” Jin scratched his head in embarrassment. “Say again?” he didn’t really hear what he just heard from Kame right?!
“I said, kiss me.” Kame's tone lowered. “Right now, give me a deep searing kiss.”
“Eh… ch-chotto matte…” Jin didn’t know how to respond.
“Don’t hesitate and just fucking kiss me!” Kame continued in a bedroom voice that gave Jin goosebumps.
The older man flushed and tried to compose himself. “H-hai.” His right hand gently guided Kame’s face for their lips to meet. Whatever it is that made Kame request for a kiss so sudden, Jin didn’t bother to ponder on it.
Kame closed his eyes…
And opened them again after, pulling away from Jin’s figure.
He patted Jin’s shoulder and gave the older man a thumb’s up. “Good job, officer Akanishi.”
“Eh?!” Jin was lost. ‘What the?’
“You didn’t honestly think we were going to kiss, did you?” Kame’s eyes focused on the politician, and his associates, making their way out of the restaurant. “This is a stakeout Jin! You have to keep your head in the game - you’ve been daydreaming since we got here. Focus!” he motioned for a waiter to bring them their tab. “Take care of the bill. Make sure you get the receipt so we can reimburse it from the department. I’ll go, tail them.” With that, the smaller man left the restaurant and followed their man.
...just had a sudden inspiration because of Takagi/Sato appearing all lovey-dovey in Detective Conan. nyahaha. seems like they're really turning into a real couple not that they weren't before but it seems like they're not really dating... i think they only have mutual feelings for each other. does that make sense? ahem. sorry for babbling about a different fandom when almost everyone here is only interested in JE boys
