Other than Halfrek and Anyanka do we know the names of any of the other vengeance demons? I think one was mentioned in the episode where they were all stuck in a house or the wedding episode.

No, after the first few I read I stopped reading them. They are just cash-ins to me. A lot of fan fiction is better than them.

I don't know who 'Lloyd' is, and since he's male he probably isn't a Vengeance Demon as such... but D'Hoffryn says this in 'Selfless':

"The flaying of Warren Meers... Truly inspired. That was water cooler vengeance. (points over his shoulder) Lloyd has a sketch of it on his wall."

Thanks, he could be. I was trying to remember whether they also referred to another during the Russian revolution flashback. Has it ever be fully established that vengeance demons are only female? Pity they could have used Anya to more fully explore that.
