Buffy Christmas prompt

I'm probably going to regret this, but since I am currently stuck on 'By Eries Shore' I figured a little diversion might help.

So in keeping with the season I will be taking prompts,  so select a pair (or more) of characters from Buffy/Angel  and pair them up with a line from the following carol and I will see what I can come up with. Any pointers

I'll leave the tone to you, but if you can manage 'fluffy' with that prompt and pair of characters, I'll be seriously impressed. :-)
