Yeah! Update! Love how they fight and make up. I wonder what will it take for Inara to finally get it through her head that they love each other. It should be fun to see River gambling. I wonder if it will work on races?
I try to show that Inara means well, she's just proceeding from inaccurate premises. And both River and Mal are contrary enough not to try to convince anyone (except Simon) that they have, in fact, committed to each other.
Another awesome chapter. I love how you handled Mal and River's fights and both of theirs' insecurities.

Have to post another chapter myself and then work on the next chapter, which I've been dreading because it's a Mal and Inara confrontational chapter and it has to be, well, perfect. Has to explain why Mal and Inara don't work and will never work, well, as far as I'm concerned. *sigh*
This seems to be my new S Curve---I always have something I write for my own pure pleasure. However, I'm working on Christmas knitting projects, so I don't know what to do!
