Dear fellow citizens,

LEARN TO SPEAK ENGLISH. When you say, "We don't want the influx of people to decimate our city," you just prove everything I've ever said about the Louisiana educational system in general, and EBR Parish specifically.

Either that, or you have more fears about NOLA being the murder capital of the world than I thought.

Good God. People wonder why sometimes I badmouth my own state. This is why, people. Louisiana can't even coordinate a freakin' rescue mission. Umpteen buses (busses?), sitting on the interstate waiting on orders to go. Thousands of people frying in New Orleans, needing rescue, no food or water, waiting on buses they've been promised.
