I picked Jack/Jack because I thought you were pairing people you thought went together. Since he's vain I picked that one. If it's why we're watching, then I'm not, and if I did it wouldn't be for Jack.
Maybe I should have been clearer; I meant people you thought went well together or ought to be together. Personally I can't stand any of the pairings or possible pairings on Torchwood, so I didn't pick any except Owen/Weevil. Owen is a total jerk, and weevils are these alien monsters that keep falling through the Rift and eating people. I think they belong together.
I would go for Jack/Tosh, except that the writers of Torchwood (unlike the writers of Doctor Who) haven't figured out that Jack is omnisexual, and they appear to think that he's solely attracted to guys. Not that this surprises me--Torchwood strictly focuses on "How can we shock somebody this week?" and little details like plot and characterization fall by the wayside.
Jack/Jack--it doesn't mean what you think it means. (On the other hand--heh--Jack/Hand probably means exactly what you think it means.)
And if you don't want to watch Torchwood because of Jack, to find out what happens to him next, then seriously, there's no reason to watch it at all. IMO, of course.
