The Caffination begins

For those don't know, I suffer from chronic anxiety and depression. Anxiety is mostly under control right now... but I've just taken a nose dive back into depression. It seems as if the tiniest things can send me into it, and being at the conference and away from home for a week did it. So I'm caffinating, I'm spending more time than usual
