Sorry, sorry, still no chapter 7 for OWS. My email to Aera went into a black hole, so she didn't realize that there was a chapter to edit. She's on it now, but that means no chapter at this moment. I'm trying to work on ch8 in the meantime, but man, it's been hard to focus lately.

When I first saw that you had updated, my heart skipped a beat, seriously (apparently I'm hot for your fiction...), but when I read about your reasons for having no time or stamina to work on your fiction, I thought 'Meh, I can live through long drought periods in updates, as long as I know the person writing is ok

Wah, I really feel guilty for not updating, but this is one of those chapters where I'm probably rushing things and I need Aera to help me out with smoothing it over. OWS is wrapping up, I want things to be done right. That said, Aera apparently has traveled overseas and hasn't had enough time to think, let alone beta things. Hopefully she can finish it up soon

Ruth is so my hero. I love how she can take pieces of my stories and make a picture like that. It makes me feel like I'm writing something real. ;)

I had a love-hate relationship with the Harry Potter illustrations. Some felt dead on in terms of the feel of the book and story, and others were just strange. I think the illustrations were more suited for kids, but then the story got a bit older than what the original audience was supposed to be... Or maybe the story aged with the kids and illustrations didn't. *shrug*

Haha, I forgot how the world is ending next year! Definitely something to look forward to at this point, huh? ;)

Isn't it annoying when email disappears like that!! I stopped attaching my chapters to emails since that was a 90% chance of my chapter going into the spam filter, but now emails don't like my links either. So annoying.

I so love Squall's expression in the pic. It's definitely his deep-thoughts-while-focused-on-Seifer expression, and I like imagining Seifer hiding and smirking while watching Squall lost in thought like that.

Heh, the earthquakes stuff has been amusing to me. The 24hr news networks seemed a bit too desperate to make it sound like a terrible event that caused... well, nothing really. It seemed to cheapen everything Japan had gone through earlier this year.

yea i agree. it wasn't anything big at all. i was sitting outside with my cat on our wooden steps when it happened. the steps run up the side of our garage so i thought someone was inside the garage making a racket and shaking around. lol

I think it's the motorcycle that makes it feel like a piece of the game being drawn into real life. It's so wonderful. And it makes me snicker a bit to imagine Seifer clinging onto Squall for dear life while speeding through the city. ;)

Thank you for the birthday wishes. I'm to the point of hoping that 2011 is exhausted from knocking me around and will instead let a couple of good things squeak by. ^^; Really, if I can get a good job that I like, that'll be more than enough for me.
