Holy nuggets! You've been ridiculously busy! I hope you get some nice relaxing time because it sounds like you've earned it. :)

Oh, and shame on Lady Yuskreven for trying to get you write a Dissida Game Restart fic! Seifer doesn't appear in that at all! *scandalized* The most you could get out of that would be a few chapters of pissed off Squall searching for his crystal. WITHOUT Cloud. So we wouldn't even get some Squall x Cloud 'I-miss-my-light' action. *sad face*

I think the reason Squall is so grumpy is because he misses Seifer. If you DO get the chance to play Dissida though, I recommend playing through Squall's story at least. The beginning cut scene is freaking hysterical. Squall is such a grumpy BRAT! lol <3

Oh yes, I've been enjoying some time off. It's been mostly filled with the Olympics, specifically the hockey games (go Team USA!), but I've managed to do some writing and it feels so darn good. Now if only I could finish up these side fics and get back to OWS

I'm all for mind dumps and random topics, so no problem there. Alas, I know next to nothing about Dissidia, so I can't contribute to what you are talking about. It sounds rather sad for the characters, though, if they are basically in an unending loop of fighting for a life that pretty much is meaningless beyond a battlefield.

It amuses me how some stories manage to gain a life of their own. I never thought 'Game Restart' would be one of them. At least I don't have to touch Dissidia now that Lady Y has done it for me, even if it's just the beginning. I'll be curious to see if she's tricked into doing more of that storyline. :)

*laugh* What a loaded question! Life is generally good, though. I aced my capstone and my other course last term, so I'm happy about that. Just the one more course left, and a whole lot of job hunting, which is the truly frustrating part for me. All I want is the chance to work, and I have yet to reach the interview stage with the accounting field. It shouldn't be this hard, and yet it is. *sigh* I just hope I can look back on this and think, 'okay, that was worth it.'
