Well it's been a long time. Things have been crazy since the accident and all, but I'm settling back in to normal life...even picking up where I left off last spring with applying to colleges. I'm getting real excited about that. I hope mom and dad are still cool with me going away. I really think it's going to be between tulane and emory......I

hey...thanks for the add. I'm at Tulane right now. It's tough...and the university has made a lot of changes in this past December. There are a lot of staff cuts going on and whatnot. I suppose it wouldn't be so bad if you didn't know what you were missing beforehand. The social aspect of Tulane is still the same...all the bars and things that students were doing beforehand are still around. There are a lot of opportunities to get involved in New Orleans with internships and jobs and reconstruction efforts, so it might be something you want to consider: you will get practical experience with things. But it's hard to live here right now, and it will stay that way for a few years. Also, I think that Tulane's rankings are going to drop because retention is plummeting and they are cutting a lot of programs. So I don't know if that matters to you
