AHAHHAHAHA sadly she is not named after Fujiwara Keiji, she's been around since before I knew who he was, but you can associate them if you like? 8D
And I'm glad you like Meiko-chan, I do myself. XD She's a lot of fun. You may slash her if you want, but I don't know how cooperative she'll be. XD
