Once again from the depths of darkness the evil sludge rises up and rolls over humanity drowning us, choking us with ignorance and hatred for our fellow man

Indeed, this is so.

Darkness of heart and soul and mind. And yet they consider themselves the enlightened ones.

I think they fail to understand that enlightenment comes from many points of light. Not just one single point.

You are a divine child of this world. You bring love, laughter and light to your sisters, brothers and beloved. You are wise and civil. Conscious and creative. The dark rises and falls. But whether we sing or not the light will return. Our voices amplify it's glow. Some days it's a quiet hum inside our heads, other days a glorious love song to us and the world. We will not only survive, we will thrive.
