Round 16 Extension

We only have two sets turned in right now, so I'm extending round 16 until the 25th. I hope that gives people (such as myself) time to finish up their sets and turn them in.

I've been working on mine ... just a little uninspired with my tscc caps this month for some reason :(

Sorry I haven't been able to finish(ironically due to doing a SCC recap/picspam). I'll try for tonight; they won't be anything special, but at least there'll be more to vote for :)
