Selling the Store!

So a few days ago, a couple sent me an offer to buy my store!!! :-) They already own two stores in LA/Orange County, and they want to buy a third. They came down to see the store last Saturday (right in the middle of Story Times, so I was in my tutu), and they must have liked what they saw! They're offering slightly less than I was hoping for,
