Tuesday. Worked quite concentratedly all day; was very productive. Then went downtown to Borders, where I bought the Heroes Season 2 DVD set last year, imagining that they'd have Season 3... not only did they not have it, they don't have any China Mieville, either. (Shitloads of Twilight stuff, though, of course.) FAIL

Ah, Heroes!

I got a notification in my mailbox yesterday. Netflix shipping and should arrive today. I'm so excited. Definitely want to get it in before the 21st and I will. :) Thrilled! Oh and on some site yesterday, saw some twit pics of Milo. He never ceases to be pretty or "Peter". Interesting though that on the cover he's almost set against the backdrop of characters 'behind' Hiro and Claire and Sylar. I don't like that. Peter Petrelli IS Heroes as well as Sylar and Hiro (and Claire, I guess, ugh) LOL. He should always be front and center. Hmmph. LOL Anyhoo, yay! And enjoy ;)

I use to be a big fan of the Borders downtown, but over the last year or so, they've been steadily f'ing up their movie and music section so it only carries guaranteed blockbusters. I use to buy most of my Doctor Who stuff there but now they hardly carry any (I still can't find Season 3 of Torchwood in this town). It's ALL Twilight. And don't get me started on their horror selection. I want to write them a letter congratulating them on successful becoming a bigger brighter version of Spencer's in the mall. Now all they need to do is carry some tasteless softcore porn items like Spencer's.

Oh I will definitely think of you. ;) And enjoy it - it's 24 episodes of ridiculous intensity and 10lbs of plot in a 5lb bag, but it's seriously entertaining, sexy, stoopid, thoughtful, pretentious, fun TV.
