Ideally she will get on it ASAP - it'd be interesting to see a fan interpretation of what Daniel looks like, because I've never really "seen" him except in my mind, whereas if I want to look at Orfeo, I've got a jillion photos of Peter Murphy. :)

And of course I've already done the only existing picture of Lovely, and I wish someone else would do one, too. Maybe a lovely misty photoshop piece of softcore nudie. Wish I had the skills... So many I want to see... Lorenzo! Maria! George! Joachim! ARIANE FER CHRISSAKE!

When I read the comment back in jeremiahsclub, I was already excited that you approved the piece. But I had no idea you'd make a topic of it in your journal! Yes yes indeed - I may have to give you reference materials for the depiction of Ariane, if you don't mind, and you're working towards pleasing me - or at the very least, let me tell you that she bears a fairly close resemblance to the young Bernadette Peters. And her skin is not particularly dark-skinned at all - it's just a slightly different color, the same way that Japanese people aren't really any darker than most "white" people, but their skin is definitely a different color. Plus, she's a vampire - she's got very, very pale skin, like Liv Tyler pale. Just with African-American features. Ya dig?

See what you've gotten yourself into? :) Now I'm going to be a total Nazi. But you have to understand - NO ONE HAS EVER TRIED TO ILLUSTRATE ARIANE. Including me. No pressure. ;)

I will get the Lovely pic displayed soon - the internet is my enemy today.

I have made a gallery for the purposes of visual reference material. It's not very large, so don't be afraid... it's the only one there. If you want reference images for Daniel, let me know - otherwise I will just let it happen. :)
