HAHAHA the frankness of your comment made me lol! And that's what you are - frank. I'm working up the nerve to put a note, maybe with my e-mail address attached, saying, "Your cat seems to always want to be inside our home. Would you help us by keeping him in your home? Otherwise, if it's okay we'd love to let him visit and be comfortable." And then include my e-mail address.
