Oh dear, please. One of the many good reasons to be openly homosexual is so that you can get a partner and buy a house together, so you don't have to consort in public toilets. Tentacle-time is kept strictly to the bedroom.

You... you would get arrested for acting out pantomime with human remains. You'd be released when the police determined that the remains were thousands of years old, not fresh.
