My holidays
I had a lovely few days with family. We went to church on Christmas Eve and then came home to a yummy fish dinner. We don't do the seven fishes but we did have shrimp, tuna and salmon. Youngest son stayed over and we all spent the day together, opening presents and eating, way to much. After youngest son left we did a facetime call with oldest son, DIL and the grand babies, who are all in Chicago with DIL's family. My littlest grand baby is 5 months old and is getting ready to crawl. Another week or two and she will be all over the place.
Since oldest son, DIL and the 2 grand babies are in Chicago, I am watching their dog, Roy. He is a sweet dog but has a few idiosyncrasies, the first day he got here it was snowing so he wouldn't go outside. The next few days, any time I wanted him to go out I had to put on my coat and go out in the yard with him. This AM he wouldn't come in because he slipped a few times as he ran in. I tried everything, finally I just dragged him in.
I hope those on my flist who celebrate had a wonderful Christmas.
