where are you? i can definitely still see the ground downtown and my sleet that is outside my window on my light on the 13th floor is thawing out.

I definitely beg to differ...

You clearly have not walked downtown when its cold and then walked over into the River Market... its like summer over there when its freezing cold downtown. Downtown is extremely cold due to the wind and all that. Now, snow blows around a LOT downtown and its not uncommon to see sidewalks that have no traces of snow while two doors over its all piled up in a snow drift...
