...I think maybe those instructions might be part of the test itself. Like how you don't let yourself get cheating on a written exam, this is to see how well we can cheat on a physical level.
Shinobi missions may often require cargo, weapons, and other items to be carried over borders without detection. If this next test isn't just to see how well we work without tools, I think part of it is to see how much of our equipment we can fit on our person without being detected. If anything is snuck inside, it's likely smart not to use it until a last resort, or discreetly.
Hidden weapons. I think you should have no problem managing that, Tentsuke.
I suppose that's a little worrying... And depressing. All those hours of training with swords, useless. For this section, at least. But you know enough taijutsu, don't you, Tentsuke?
